Maks Kruc

Interior Design Assistant

Maks, a passionate engineering college student with an unwavering work ethic and talent for interior design, delivers exceptional client service, while ensuring all the logistics behind every project are kept up with. His engineering background likely equips him with analytical thinking, and attention to detail, all of which are valuable traits in interior design.

Nayeska Mantuano

Accountant & Bookkeeper

Nayeska serves as our dedicated accountant, responsible for proficiently managing bookkeeping tasks and meticulously organizing financial documentation. Her outstanding work ethic and friendly, easygoing nature greatly contribute to the team's strong collaboration and performance at our company.

Erica Owens

Erica is a Long Island native and is in charge of our HR department. Her responsibilities include office administration, employee relations and recruitment.

More about Mariana:

Mariana Montesdeoca's journey began in Ecuador, but her dreams carried her to the Hamptons, USA, at the age of 14. She faced a new country and language head-on, never letting anything deter her. From delivering newspapers to volunteering as a dance instructor and substitute teacher, her drive for personal growth was evident.

After high school, a tour of Abercrombie & Fitch's design studio led her to consider graphic design. However, after just one week, she knew it wasn't her calling. Fate intervened when she noticed interior design projects displayed by students nearby. This discovery changed her path, igniting a lifelong passion.

"It felt like destiny – becoming an interior designer."

Working alongside her mom in an alterations/interior design workroom, Mariana's love for interior design grew. Meeting seasoned interior designers visiting the workroom deepened her interest. One of them recognized her potential and offered her a job as an interior design assistant. This opportunity opened doors and allowed her to immerse herself fully in the world of interior design.

In 2008, she took part in the Millneck Manor showhouse for Mansions and Millionaires, marking a pivotal moment in her career. Despite the challenges, it was the most fulfilling time of her life.

"If it was easy, it wouldn't be worth it. My passion is stronger than my fears or failures, and I will always move forward."
